摘要
目的探讨拔脓膏配合黄油纱治疗新鲜开放性骨折感染创面的效果。方法将200例开放性骨折创面感染患者按分层随机化方法随机分为治疗组104例、对照组96例。治疗组采用常规方法清洗创面后外敷中药拔脓膏,待肉芽长出后,改敷2层黄油纱;对照组采用常规方法清洗创面及外敷优锁纱,待肉芽长出后,改敷2层黄油纱;两组均每天换药1次,每次换药时评估创面疗效,观察比较用药后1周、3周肉芽状况、细菌培养阳性率、创面愈合情况。结果治疗3周后治疗组总体疗效、肉芽生长状况、抑菌效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拔脓膏配合黄油纱能促进开放性骨折患者感染创面的愈合。
Objective To explore the effect of Banong Paste combining with Huangyou Gauze in treatment of patients with soft tissue infected wound after open fracture.Methods 200 patients with infected wound after open fracture were randomly divided into treated group of 104 patients and control group of 96 patients.In treated group,routine washing and Banong Paste were applied,and two pieces of Huangyou Gauzes were covered when the granulation tissue hyperplasied.In control group,routine washing and Yousuo Gauzes were applied,covered by two pieces of Huangyou Gauzes when the granulation tissue hyperplasied.Dressings were changed two days a time and granulation tissue hyperplasia,detection rate of germiculture were observed,as well as the whole wound healing after 1 week and 3 weeks.Results The granulation tissue hyperplasia,the bacteriostasis and healing effect in treated group were all better than those of control group after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment.The differences were of statistical significances（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Banong Paste combining with Huangyou Gauze can improve the infected wound healing in patients with soft tissue infected wound after open fracture.
