摘要
介绍一种基于高速电磁开关驱动的新型多液压缸系统,用于模拟曲轴连杆式低速大扭矩液压马达多个柱塞腔的动作过程;同时,也可以利用该系统开展多液压缸位置同步或者力同步加载的研究。分析了系统的组成结构与特点,包括以高速电磁开关阀作为控制元件的液压系统,以及以研华PCI1711多功能数据采集与控制卡为核心的计算机控制系统;阐述了多液压缸位置协调控制的实现算法;给出了以不同幅值和频率的正弦信号作为指令的多液压缸位置协调跟踪结果。实验结果表明,所设计的控制算法是有效的,同时该系统能很好地模拟曲轴连杆式低速大扭矩液压马达多个柱塞腔的动作机理。
A new type of cylinders control system based on high speed on/off valves (HSV) was introduced. It can be used to simulate the action process of low speed high torque hydraulic motor and carry out the coordinated position or force control researches. The structure and characteristics of the system was analyzed, including the hydraulic subsystem and the computer control system. The control algorithm was described. The experimental results for tracking sigmoid signals with different amplitude and frequency were demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the control algorithm. It is also shown that this system can well simulate the action mechanism of low speed high torque hydraulic motor.
