摘要
以4L68柴油机螺旋进气道为几何模型,使用软件CATIA完成气道的三维实体造型与修改,用CFD软件FIRE完成稳流试验台中气道-气缸流动的三维数值模拟计算,应用均匀设计法对主要结构参数进行优化,结果表明均匀设计法对气道进行优化设计是可行的,只需少量计算即可求出优化结果,大大减少了计算工作量。
The helical intake port of 4L68 diesel engine is investigated as geometrical model.3-D model of the helical intake port was designed and modified by CATIA.The multi-dimensional computer fluid dynamics (CFD)software FIRE was employed to simulate the flow status of port-valve-cylinder in different valve lift.The helical intake port was optimized by uniform design techniques (UDT).It’s shown that the structure parameters of helical intake port can be optimized by using UDT efficiently.
