预变形对2E12铝合金拉伸性能和疲劳寿命的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Prior Strain on Static Tensile Properties and Fatigue Lives of 2E12 Aluminum Alloy

摘要 采用拉伸性能及疲劳寿命测试、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察等方法研究了固溶处理后预拉伸变形量对2E12铝合金拉伸性能及疲劳寿命的影响。实验结果表明,随着固溶处理后预变形量的增加,合金强度增加,延伸率下降,呈现典型的加工硬化特点,但是抗拉强度的增幅要小于屈服强度;另外,随着预变形量的增加,2E12铝合金疲劳寿命呈逐渐下降趋势。这些结果主要是由于预变形增加了合金基体内位错密度,从而既提高了合金屈服强度,又提高了试样表面及内部微裂纹缺陷的形成数量。 The effects of prior strain after solution treatment on tensile properties and high cycle fatigue lives of 2E12 aluminum alloy were investigated using tensile testing, fatigue life testing, SEM and TEM observation. The results show that the strength increased and the elongation decreased with the increase of prior strain which demonstrated typical work hardening. The increase of the prior strain also result in the decrease of fatigue lives of 2E 12 aluminum alloy due to the increase of yield strength and microcrack number.
