草浆中段废水混凝沉淀-厌氧-好氧生物处理的工艺研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过对草浆中段废水混凝沉淀-厌氧-好氧生物处理组合工艺的试验研究,探索该工艺的可行性,确定了适用、高效、价廉的混凝剂处理效果,同时考察了不同负荷下,垂直折流板式厌氧污泥床(VBASB)和接触氧化法对草浆中段废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,当FeSO4和PAM投加量分别为300mg/L和10mg/L时,COD和SS去除率分别为40%和95%;垂直折流板式厌氧污泥床在负荷为31~43kgCOD/(m3·d)时,COD去除率约为55%;接触氧化池负荷为15~20kgCOD/(m3·d)时,COD去除率为50%。 Abstract The feasibility to treat the straw pulp making intermediate wastewater by the coagulation sedimentation anaerobic aerobic treatment process was studied. In this experiment the effect of coagulants which are applicable, high efficient and economical has been revealed and the treatment effects of vertical baffle anaerobic sludge bed (VBASB) and contact oxidation processes to treat straw pulp wastewater at different loads were examined. The result states that when the dosages of FeSO 4 and PAM were 300mg/L and 10mg/L respectively, removal ratios of 40% and 95% could be obtained for COD and SS respectively. For VBASB, when the inflow load of the sludge bed ranged from 3.1 to 4.3 kg COD/m 3·d, 55% removal of COD was obtained. And for the contact oxidation process, when the inflow load of the reactor ranged from 1.5 to 2.0 kg COD/m 3·d, 50% removal of COD was obtained. The effluent was quite well to meet the requirement of the national standard.
