摘要
我国的中小民营企业已经成为支撑和推动我国国民经济增长的重要力量。但我国中小民营企业的财务问题一直困扰着企业的发展。并且传统的研究方法和金融手段已经不能适应日益复杂的金融环境。财务工程的发展为解决中小民营企业财务困境提供了全新的思路与方法。利用财务工程理论,分析我国中小民营企业出现财务困境的原因,并针对其融资难、信息不对称、投资风险和利率汇率风险提出对策。
Private-owned small and medium Enterprises have already been the significant elements to drive and support the economic growth in our country.However,in those firms,the financial issues are always the problem which hinders the development.Also,the traditional research methods and financial devices cannot adapt to the growing complicated financial environment any longer.The development of financial engineering provides brand new thoughts and methods to solve the financial distress in Private-owned small and medium Enterprises.In this paper,the financial engineering theories are employed to analyze the deep reasons for the financial distress in those firms and the suitable methods are provided by using the financial engineering theories.
