摘要
如何提高档案服务能力,提高档案服务质量?首先要丰富档案馆的资源,为服务提供物质基础。指出档案资源要由封闭性、单一性向开放性、多样性转变。其次要改变服务机制。将传统档案服务模式向主动提供服务、服务现代化和服务内容多元化的方向改进。另外要提高服务水平。在创新服务观念的同时不断提高服务人员素质,从而达到提高服务水平的目的。
This thesis deals with how to improve the service capacity and quality of archives from three aspects.Firstly,the archive’s resources should be enriched to provide material basis for the service.The archives resource should transfer from closeness and unicity to openness and diversity.Secondly,the service system should be changed.The traditional archives service should be transferred to the modern one,including providing service actively,modernizing service system and diversifying the service content.Lastly,the service level should be promoted.Innovating the service concept as well as promoting the quality of archives workers can contribute to promoting the service level.
