摘要
本文根据企业经理的主要工作和职责,分析了企业经理信息系统的任务。提出了企业经理信息系统的主要任务是,在决策过程的“问题识别”阶段。直接给予企业经理以“信息支持”和“思维支持”的新观点。论文指出,经理信息系统要创造出一种能引导、激发企业经理进行思维创新活动的信息环境,使企业经理能正确地识别出待决策的问题。论文论述了在“问题识别”过程中企业经理信息系统与企业经理之间的配合关系。提出了企业经理信息系统引导、激发企业经理运用合适的思维方式进行创造性思维活动的若干内容和方法。
According to the main work and functions of the executive,thetasks of executive information System(EIS)for enterprise are analyzed in thispaper.The new idea about the main tasksof executive information System for enter-prise is proposed,i.e.the main tasks ofEIS for enterprise are to provide 'informa-tion support'and'thinking support'inthe course of'problem identification'stage in decision making process.It pointsout that EIS must create a favorable infor-mation environment that can guide,exciteand promote the executive to bring forthnew ideas,and help the executive to iden-tify correctly the problems which are readyfor decision making.In the course of'problem identification',the coordinationbetween EIS and executive is illustrated.Some contents and methods that EIS guideexcite and promote the executive to applyproper thinking pattern and to bring forthnew deas are proposed.
