摘要
本文以江苏省少儿乒乓球教练员和一些私人训练点的教练员为研究对象,同时还走访了十多位经验丰富、学识渊博的运动训练学、运动心理学、少儿乒乓球训练的专家教授,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对他们在训练中实施心理训练的情况进行调查研究。旨在发现训练中的问题,探索更有效的心理训练方法,为教练员今后的训练提供更丰富理论指导。
Taking the junior table tennis coaches and coaches in private training site as research subject,interview with experienced and knowledgeable sports training,sports psychology,children＇s table tennis training experts and professors,using literature review,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper made investigation on mental training used by those coaches. The main purpose was to find out the problems and explore the effective mental training method and provide the theoretical guideline for coach training in the future.
