摘要
本文通过对软式排球和硬式排球在外在形态、技战术特点、竞赛规则和健身价值之间的比较进行分析,得出软式排球较之硬式排球更具有娱乐性和趣味性、可接受性和普及推广性以及健身价值高的结论,以促进软式排球运动进一步的发展。
This paper made comparative analysis on extrinsic shape,technical and tactical character,competition rule and body-building value between soft and hard volleyball. The result showed that soft volleyball had more amusement and interesting than hard volleyball. It was easy acceptability and had high value of body-building in order to promote further soft volleyball.
