摘要
根据实际项目开发中的经验,简要介绍了用VC在MIS系统的开发中对图片的一种处理方法,并给出实际项目中与图片处理有关的核心代码和解释。
Based on experience from a project,a picture-processing method in MIS by VC is introduced.The core code and its interpretation is provided in relation to picture-processing.
