摘要
本文研究了磁致伸缩微小位移机构的传递函数和动态响应特性;研究了采用单板机进行最少拍校正和等速率双拍校正,进一步提高其响应速度的理论和方法;并利用计算机闭环校正控制系统进行了车床主轴回转误差补偿信号的跟踪模拟实验。提出的等速率校正的控制思想,对于其它类似的控制问题也具有一定的参考价值。
Much significance has been given for a long time to the application of magnetostrictive micro-displacement actuators to ths error compensating system in mechanical and optical engineering. As a certain spsed is required for the actuator of a specific error compansat i ng system, so a study on the characteristics of the dynamic response speed of magnetostriction is essential.In this paper,the transfer function and the dynamic response characteristics of magnetostri ctive micro-displacement actuators are studied. Both the theory and the method of dead-beat correction and multiple-beats same-velocity correction with the aid of a single board computer are also investigated, aiming at a further increase of the response speed. The computer-aided close-loop correction system is used in the experiments cf frequency response and the imitation of tracking the compensating signals of a lathe spindle.The idea about the same-velocity correction suggested by the author is also of reference value to other similar control problems.
