摘要
随着农村和城市的快速发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高，对电力的依赖程度不仅是对供电量的需求迅速增加，而且对供电的可靠性要求也越来越高。主要介绍了影响供电可靠性的因素，从组织机构、管理、技术措施上如何提高供电可靠性，提出了自己的一些经验看法和相关针对性措施，有助于切实提高电网安全运行水平，提高处理事故能力，减少停电损失。
With the rapid development of urban and rural areas, besides, the rapid increase of people＇s living standard, not only is demand of electricity supply quantity rapid increasing in society, but also the demand of power supply reliability is increasing with regard to the rate of dependency for power. This paper mainly introduces the factors influencing the power supply reliability, and how to improve the power supply reliability from the organization, management and technical measures, finally, the author proposes some experience opinions and related counter measures, contributing to improving the grid security level, fault treating ability, and reducing outage cost.
