Fuzzy System as Universal Approximator and Its Approximation Properties

摘要 针对模糊控制系统提出通用逼近子与通用控制器概念.探讨模糊系统作为通用逼近子所具备的一些性质,较全面地综述了这一领域的最新研究成果.归纳由各种常用模糊推理方法生成的模糊推理系统,其中模糊推理的T模运算主要包括乘积、取小、有界积与强制积运算.提出n元T模概念并讨论其基本性质,在此基础上导出各种模糊推理系统的统一数学描述.利用模糊基本函数形式化描述模糊系统的方法,比较了它们的结构特征。 The Universal approximator and the universal controller are introduced. The fuzzy systems, which are as universal approximators, and their properties are discussed. Some recent developments and research fruits in this field are summed up roundly. Several fuzzy inference system reduced by various common fuzzy inference methods are concluded, in which the T norm operations of the fuzzy inference include mainly product, minimum, bounded product and drastic product. The n T norm is proposed and its basic properties are discussed. Based on these, various kinds of fuzzy systems generated by different fuzzy inference methods can be expressed by a uniform mathematical description. Those fuzzy systems, their structural characters, the basic approximation properties and uniform convergent properties of them are compared by using the fuzzy basis functions.
