摘要
目的:研究天然植物雾水葛水煎剂对糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖的影响。方法:70只昆明种小鼠随机选取8只作为正常组,其余用链脲佐菌素注射加高热量饮食诱导糖尿病小鼠模型,造模成功者经筛选后,分成模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组、雾水葛小剂量组、雾水葛中剂量组、雾水葛大剂量组,每组8只,给予相应药物灌胃,分别在治疗2周和停药10d后,测空腹血糖。结果:雾水葛小中剂量组血糖明显降低,与治疗前比较有显著性差异,与正常组对比无显著性差异,且其停药后与停药前血糖比较无显著性差异。结论:雾水葛有明显的降血糖作用,且停药后一段时间内也能持续控制血糖。
Objective：To study the effects of pouzolzia zeylanica decoction on fasting blood glucose（FBG） of diabetic mice.Methods ：The normal group was established with 8 randomly selected from 70 Kunming mice.The others were induced to diabetic mice models by injection of Streptozotocin（STZ） and high calorie diet.After screening,the models were divided into 5 groups in which there were 8 mice： the model group,the Metformin Hydrochloride group,the small dose of pouzolzia zeylanica treatment group,the middle dose group,the large dose group.After 2 weeks＇ treatment and 10 days＇ post-treatment,the FBG was measured.Results ：The FBG of the small and middle dose groups were decreased obviously,and had no significant difference with the normal group,nor significant difference with the FBG measured 10 days after stopping treatment either.Conclusion ：Pouzolzia zeylanica decoction has apparent hypoglycemic effect,and can also control the blood sugar within certain desirable range in a period of post-treatment.
