摘要
研究了用于立式袋装-充填-封口机的翻领成型器整体折弯方法。在已有翻领成型器数学模型的基础上,运用V形开槽弯曲成形技术对板料进行整体折弯,并给出了V形槽的数学方程。为stick包装中的小型翻领成型器的制作提供了一种方法。
The method of integral bending forming of forming shoulder for the vertical form-fill-seal machine was studied.On the basis of existing mathematical model of forming shoulder,the sheet was bent integrally by bending forming technique with a V shaped slot,and the mathematical equations of the V shaped slot was introduced.A method was provided for making small forming shoulder in the stick-packaging.
