摘要
溢流喷射装置是靠形成一定的真空而将气体吸入液体中的一种气液混合装置,本文首次将溢流喷射器与浅层溢流光生物反应器相结合,用于螺旋藻的培养,同时实现藻液的通气、搅拌和循环,并确定了其结构参数和操作参数。室外分批培养试验表明,溢流喷射器吸气效率高,气泡细腻,气液混合效果优于鼓泡通气方式。
Overflowing jetting device was a kind
of gas-liquid mixing device depending on the forming of certain extent of vacuum to
suck gases into liquid.This paper used the overflowing jetting device in the cultivation
of Spirulina for the first time.It could make gases exchange,stirring and recycling to
be carried out at the same time.Because of its high gas sucking rate,it could further
improve the light exploiting efficiency,and the time needed to attain a certain
concentration of Spirulina biomass was also reduced .
