摘要
目前,玻璃瓶包装在啤酒工业中仍占着较大的份额。大多数啤酒厂均会重复使用回收的啤酒瓶,但回收瓶子的种类与质量相当参差。它们可能是原厂的或是来自外厂的啤酒瓶,也可能是酱油瓶、醋瓶;瓶子有棕色、绿色,或是透明无色;瓶子有的曾装载散酒,有的曾盛载煤油,有的甚至附着有烟头、火柴等各种异物。因此,旧瓶在回收以后,都必须经过洗瓶及验瓶这两道工序,以确保其符合生产标准,才进行灌装。
The recycling of glass bottles is widespread in China. In order to ensure the hygiene of recycled bottles for product re-filling, two types of inspection systems have been invented that utilise scanning and optical inspection, and which are discussed here.
