1铁路发展规划与建设推进态势
现阶段．我国铁路运输资源还处在一个极度紧缺的状态，很大程度上制约了国民经济的发展。为此，国家发改委会同铁道部制定了《中长期铁路网规划》，2004年初国务院批准了此规划，2008年作了调整。
The total length of China railway will exceed 120,000 km in 2020.Double-track rate and electrification rate will reach 50% and 60%.Rail passenger line and intercity rail express will be more than 16,000 km.In 2010,7,000 km of Rail passenger line will be constructed,the operating speed aims at 200～300km per hour.Part of the main lines will separate passenger and freight.Key technology and equipment will reach or approach international advanced level.By 2020,China will have 244 airports,including 97 new airports.80% of the county-level administrative units can enjoy the air services within 100km or 1.5 hours ground transportation.Air transport capacity and international competitiveness will be enhanced signif icantly.
