摘要
目的探讨一种简单、有效的隐匿性阴茎手术治疗的方法。方法 2000年6月至2009年5月共治疗隐匿性阴茎患儿33例,通过阴茎根部背侧纵行小切口结合包皮整形完成阴茎矫正成型手术。结果术后随访1个月-3年,其中8例近期出现轻度包皮水肿,1例术后2个月左右发生阴茎回缩,其余患者阴茎发育良好,外观满意。结论本手术方式操作简单、创伤小、效果良好,是治疗隐匿性阴茎较为理想的一种方法。
Objective To explore a simple and effective surgical treatment for concealed penis.Methods June 2000-May 2009,a total of 33 patients with concealed penis were treated through the penis dorsal longitudinal incision combined with the prepuce plastic corrective surgery.Results The patients were followed up 1 month to 3 years,8 cases of the recent mild prepuce edema,and penis shaft retraction occurred in 1 case in about 2 months after operation and the rest well-developed,appearance satisfaction.Conclusion The surgical method is simple,minimally invasive,effective,and a more ideal way for concealed penis.
