摘要
通过试验对比，筛选出适合毛革生产的软化浸酸、鞣制复鞣、磨绒和减少部位差的工艺措施，并对涂饰中的封底技术、颜料膏用量、成膜剂、绷板条件进行了研究，得出了适合于国内皮革厂采用的光面毛革生产工艺。
Different methods of bating, pickling, tanning, retanning, buffing and decreasing of area-difference are studied to improve the quality of crust for double face, and seal-coating technology dosage of pigment, selecting of finishing agents and toggling are studied too. The experimental results show that the technology of double face has the advantages of low cost, high adhesion force and the convienent choosing of finishing materials.
