摘要
目的 探讨医学院校高龄教师植物神经功能状态及其与血压的相互关系。方法 将70 名医学院高教龄教师和82对照组人员进行心率变异性分析,并将血压与心率变异性指标进行相关分析。结果 反映交感神经功能(LF)和迷走- 交感的均衡性(LF/HF)指标均显著高于对照组,而反映迷走神经功能指标(SDANN、HF)则显著低于对照组( P< 0.05 或P<0.01);SBP、MABP分别与SDANN 呈显著的负相关、与LF/HF呈显著的正相关(P< 0.05 或P< 0.01)。结论 长期紧张、高负荷的工作环境,使医学院高教龄教师交感神经功能明显增高、迷走神经功能明显降低,继而引起血压水平(以SBP为主)及高血压病的患病率高于同年龄。
Objective To explore the effects ofthe autonom ic function and its relation with blood pressure ofold-aged teachers in higher education.Method The heartrate variability w as m easured in 70 aged teachers and com pared with that in control group; relationships betw een the heart rate variability and blood pressure w ere analyzed. Results LF,LF/HF in- creased and SDANN ,HFdecreased greatly than thatin controlgroup( P< 0.05,P< 0.01); SBP,MABPw ere negtively re- lated to SDANN and positively related to LF/HFrespectively(P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion Long-period nervousness and high-pow erload in teaching olcupation in m edicallollege,can dcvelop the function ofthe sym pathetic nerves and incvease the levelofblood pressure ( espacially SBP) and resultin the increasing ofthe PRH in teachers
