摘要
在高等职业教育迅速发展的同时,其人才培养目标还存在着一些问题,如培养目标与高等职业教育定位脱节、忽视学生人文素质和综合素质的培养、忽视学生实践技能的提升等。矫正高等职业教育人才培养目标,应制定适合高等职业教育定位的人才培养目标,培养兼具专业知识技能和文化道德素质的综合型人才,培养适应市场需求的复合应用型人才。
While higher vocational education has achieved rapid development,there are still some problems.For example,the training objectives are out of line with orientation of higher vocational education;the comprehensive quality,quality of human culture of students and the advancement of practical skills among students are ignored.Correction of higher education personnel training should be developed for the right positioning personnel training,training skills and cultural knowledge,both professional and moral quality of an integrated talent,and the training is to meet the market demand for composite applications talents.
