摘要
知识经济时代,人力资源成为高职院校发展过程中的战略性资源。对人力资源进行科学合理的开发,是高职院校发展的必然要求,是提升高职院校核心竞争力,推进高职院校实现可持续发展的必由之路。必须制订整体的人力资源开发战略,创新人才培养和引进模式,推进机制改革,促进优化配置,提高人力资源的使用效率和效益,实现资源共享,协调发展。
In the age of knowledge economy,human resources become the strategic resources in the development of higher vocational college.Scientific and rational human resources development is a necessary requirement for the development of higher vocational college;enhancing the core competitiveness is the only way to promote its sustainable development.An overall strategy for human resource development must be formulated to make innovations of models for personnel training and the introduction,promote institutional reform and most optimum distribution of resources,and improve the benefits and efficiency of human resources in order to share their resources and coordinated development.
