摘要
老年面瘫组６３例、年轻面瘫组７２例，均用激素、维生素Ｂ族、三磷酸腺苷、改善微循环等药物治疗。老年组临床治愈４３例，占６８．３％，平均用１２８ｄ，年轻组治愈６５例，占９６．３％，平均用６６ｄ，两组差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。老年面瘫面神经具有易受伤性和难恢复性的特点，这与老年人对病毒感染的免疫功能低下有关。
Sixty three cases of facial paralysis on senility and 72 cases of facial paralysis on youth were treated with hormone,VitaminB,adenosine triphos phate.The senile group were cured 43 cases of 68.3% using for 128 days,the youth group were cured 65 cases of 96.3% using for 66 days, the difference between two groups is significant(P<0.01).Facial nerves on senility are easily to hurt and difficult to recover due to their immunologic inadequency to virus infection.So that,the dosage of medicine should be increased and the treating time should be prolonged.
