摘要
目的：提高对软骨肉瘤的认识，降低误诊率。材料和方法：通过对4例经手术、病理证实的软骨肉瘤术前被误诊情况分析，探讨不同侵袭性软骨肉瘤的X线表现及其鉴别诊断。结果：4例术前分别被误诊为骨肉瘤、骨转移瘤、骨结核和良性软骨瘤。结论：非典型性软骨肉瘤X钱诊所及鉴别诊断较难，最后确诊有赖于病理检查。
Purpose: To increase the recognition of chondrosarcoma and lessen the misdiagnosis rate. Materials and Methods: 4 Cases of chondrosarcoma by operation and pathology were diagnosed by mistake before operation, thrir X - ray manifestations and different diagnosis were discussed for chondrosarcoma with different invation feature. Results: The 4 cases of chondrosarcoma were separately diagnosed osteosarcoma meastasis of bone' tuberculiosis of bone and benign chondroma. Conlusion: The X - ray diagnosis and different diagnosis of untypital chondrosarcoma are very difficult and the correc diagnosos must rely on pathological examination.
