摘要
河南省平顶山煤田郏县煤预查区某钻孔,在179.09~269.64m出现了18次涌水,最大涌水量为200t/h。从控量分段孔底注浆的原理出发,详细介绍了该方法在注浆方案的设计、注浆材料的选择、注浆量的计算、注浆压力的控制和注浆效果检验方面的实际应用。透孔检查显示,该孔的注浆堵漏止涌的成功率为100%,达到了预期目的。
A borehole in a coal reconnaissance area has 18 times of water gushing happened at the interval of 179.09-269.64m, with maximum 200t/h inflow of water. From the principle of quantity controlled segmental bottom grouting, introduced the method practical application from aspects of grouting scheme design, material selection, quantity estimation, grouting pressure controlling and grouting effect examination in detail. Thru hole inspecting has demonstrated that the mission success rate of grouting leak stopping is 100% and anticipated target achieved.
