摘要 通过建立路径转换式蛙跳技术创新形成机理模型,将技术资源、技术能力归为技术资产,组织学习、组织文化及组织流程归为组织资产,作为路径转换式蛙跳技术创新的企业内部影响因素;将外界技术与市场作为路径转换式蛙跳技术创新的外部影响因素。从动态的视角探讨了路径转换式蛙跳技术创新产生、跨越、实现三个阶段各因素间的内在联系,从而揭示该创新模式的形成机理。 This paper establishes a formation mechanism model of leapfrogging technological innovation based on path-transforming. Technology and market are taken as the exterior influencing factors; technological asset (including technological resource and technological capability), and organizational asset(organizational learning, organizational culture and organizational process),are taken as the interior influencing factors. We probe into the influencing factors from three stage of formation, span and realization so as to find the formation mechanism of leapfrogging technological innovation based on path-transforming.
