摘要 设计一种新型时差法超声波检测系统,以XC3S200为基础构建了一个采样率高达40MS/s的双通道数据采样系统,采用高性能的TMS320VC5509来实时处理数字信号。相对于传统的超声波流量计,该系统有效克服了测量精度低和不能测量小管径、低流速流体的缺点,提高了流量测量的分辨率和精度;具有抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠、准确度高、实时性好、简单便携、功耗低等特点。 A new time-difference ultrasonic flow detection system was designed.A dual-channels data-collecting system at a high-speed of 40MS/s was constructed on the foundation of XC3S200.And high-powered DSP TMS320VC5509 was used to real-time process digital signals.Compared with traditional ultrasonic flowmeter,the system overcame the disadvantages of low precision,no measuring in small diameter and low flow rates.It improved the precision and resolution.This system had the specialty in high anti-jamming,working stability and credibility,high precision,high real time performance,low power consumption and so on.
