摘要
本文首先对辗转板块问题从回路的选取及其变化用通量法则论述其感应电动势不为零,并与笔者曾经作过的实验相一致,因而通量法则对该例题完全适用;其次对近年又举出的两个新的“例外”论据的例题进行分析和论证,认为通量法则对它们同样完全适用。因此,笔者坚持通量法则不存在例外的见解。
In this paper the author once again proves that the flux rule applies to all cases without a single exception. As to the problem of the rocked plates, the paper examines the example by analyzing both its circuit selection and the continuous changes in circuit from the angle of the flux rule, and finds out that the induced EMF in this case is not equal to zero. This finding is in conformity with the results obtained in an experiment performed by the author himself. Thus it is proved that the flux rule applies to this case. As for the examples given as evidences of two other 'exceptions' to the flux rule, the paper also presents analyses and disprovals, thereby proving that the flux rule applies to these two cases as well.
