经支气管壁针吸活检对肺癌诊断的临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨经支气管针吸活检(TBNA)对可疑肺癌的诊断价值。方法选择2003年3月至2009年8月应用TBNA技术检查的79例可疑为支气管肺癌患者,并与刷检及术后病理组织学结果进行比较。结果 79例患者中TBNA及刷检的确诊率分别为88.6%(70/79)和54.4%(43/29);61例肺癌及肺转移瘤中,TBNA及刷检的确诊率分别为85.2%(52/61)和41.0%(25/61)。TBNA检查准确率优于刷检(P<0.01)。结论 TBNA是一项简单、安全、经济、有效的新技术,尤其适用于可疑肺癌而纤维支气管镜下无可视肿瘤的患者,具有重要临床意义。
