摘要
本文通过我国在20世纪二三十年代对美国图书馆馆际互借制的宣传、介绍和引进,以及尝试建立中国的馆际互借制的论述,特别是针对目前条块分割的馆际互借现状,提出应该制定具有约束性的全国统一的"互借法条例",建立全国馆际互借平台,并倡导图书馆之间从购置书籍之始,合作分工,在服务宗旨上应以服务研究为主,并实行适当的有偿服务,以提高服务效率。
Reviewing on the introduction of interlibrary loan from United States and the implementation of interlibrary loan in China between 1920 and 1930,this paper intends to emphasize the significance of establishing a national law for interlibrary loan in China in dealing with the current situation of fragment interlibrary loan. It proposes to build up a platform for national interlibrary loan and advocates interlibrary collaboration from purchase to service. The service should be focused on research and adequately charged for the sake of service efficiency..
