摘要
目的：了解正常人牙髓组织及炎性牙髓组织中白细胞介素１受体拮抗剂（ＩＬ－１ｒａ）的表达，探讨它在牙髓组织正常防御和内毒素性牙髓炎中的作用机制。方法：用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学法检测ＩＬ－１ｒａ在牙髓组织中的表达。结果：在正常牙髓组织中仅有少量血管内皮细胞、巨噬细胞表达ＩＬ－１ｒａ，在炎症牙髓组织中ＩＬ－１ｒａ染色呈阳性，主要表达细胞为中性粒细胞、浆细胞、淋巴细胞和血管内皮细胞。结论：内源性ＩＬ－１ｒａ在牙髓炎症的发生发展中可能起着重要作用。
Aim:To assess the role of Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL 1ra) in the pulpal inflammation. Methods:IL-1ra expression in pulpal tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results:Only a few macrophages endothelial cells showed weak staining in normal pulpal tissue; large amount of IL 1ra positive neutrophils,plasmacytes,endothelial cells, lymphocytes were stained in inflammatory pulp. Conculsions:The findings further support the hypothesis that IL 1ra may play a role in pulpitis.
