摘要
目的：评价高能要素合剂改善口腔癌患者术后营养状况的价值。方法：两组口腔癌术后患者早期分别应用高能要素合剂胃肠内营养与常规普通鼻饲流质，检测营养支持前后的体重、上臂肌围、白蛋白、血红蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数、血尿素氮、细胞免疫功能Ｔ３、Ｔ４、伤口愈合情况。结果：两组术前各项指标的平均值无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），术后有差异或显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。伤口愈合情况，研究组明显好于对照组。结论：本研究表明，胃肠内高能要素合剂有助于改善患者营养不良，提高免疫功能，促进伤口愈合，减少并发症，有助于及时系统地完成肿瘤综合治疗。
Purpose: A comparative study was carried out to determine the value of Nutrison given enterally to improve the patient's nutritional status postoperatively.Methods: 28 cases were randomly divided into two groups in equal number. The control group was given usual liquid food via nasogastric feeding. The experimental group received Nutrison given enterally(half dose on the first day after operation and total dose on the following 7 days). The patients' body weight, the diameter of the upper arm, blood Hb,ALB, total count of lymph cell, BUN, T3 and T4 were measured before and after operation. The wound healing was observed. Results: The result showed that no significant difference in each measurement between two groups before surgery, but significant difference was present after operation between two groups( P <0.05 or P <0.01). The wounds healed better in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusions: Early enteral Nutrison is beneficial to patients with oral cancers for recovery from surgery. It can improve the patients' nutriton status, strength the patients' immunity, promote wound healing and reduce postoperatie morbidity.
