职业自我概念、心理契约对高校心理咨询师职业倦怠的影响 被引量：1

摘要 通过对高校心理咨询师进行职业自我概念、心理契约对其职业倦怠的影响的调查,结果显示:高校心理咨询师的职业自我概念与职业倦怠的"情绪衰竭"、"去人性化"和"成就感降低"均呈显著负相关;心理契约中的"学校责任"与职业倦怠的"情绪衰竭"、"去人性化"和"成就感降低"均呈显著负相关;高校心理咨询师的职业自我概念、心理契约中的"学校责任"是"工作要求"、"工作资源缺乏"影响职业倦怠的中介变量。
