摘要 目的了解ICU清醒患者对同室病友紧急抢救的应激反应及护理需求，并探讨相应的护理对策。方法通过对某医院ICU 60名清醒患者对同室病友紧急抢救的应激反应及护理需求进行访谈式调查和临床观察。结果大部分患者目睹同室病友紧急抢救场面后在心理上、生理上、行为上有着不同程度的应激反应，患者希望能避开抢救现场，并得到医护人员的关心体贴和最佳、最及时的救治，能得到亲友的陪伴。结论ICU患者紧急抢救时应尽量减少环境对同室清醒病友的负面影响，并适当给予心理疏导和护理干预，促进患者的身心康复。
