摘要
人才培养模式对独立学院计算机专业改革起着至关重要的作用。笔者立足独立学院计算机教育的现状和当今社会对IT人才的需求,提出了独立学院软件工程专业的人才培养模式,对该专业的课程体系进行了新的设置,构建了具有独立学院特色的软件工程专业人才培养方案,并提出了教学改革措施。
The design of talent training is crucial to the reform of computer major in independent colleges. Author proposes a talent training mode major in software engineering in independent colleges based on the present situation of computer education and requirements of IT talents on the modern society. Author also sets up the new curriculum of software engineering, constructs the concrete schemes according to the independent colleges’ characteristics and put forward to the reform measures of teaching methods based on new schemes.
