摘要
目的提高对颅内血管外皮瘤（hem angiopericytoma,HPC）的认识,探讨颅内HPC的综合治疗及预后。方法回顾总结20例颅内HPC患者的临床特点以及手术切除、术后全脑放射治疗和预后情况,并且复习相关文献。结果 20例患者均行开颅手术治疗及全脑放射治疗,其中肿瘤全切除14例,次全切除4例,大部切除2例。术后随访24~120个月,7例肿瘤复发,平均复发时间为52.3个月,2例出现颅外转移,6例死亡。结论颅内HPC是一种少见的颅内肿瘤,手术切除是最佳的治疗手段,全脑放射治疗是主要的辅助治疗手段。
Objective To raise the recognization to intracranial hemangiopericytom,and investigate the combined modality therapy and prognosis.Methods Clinical data of 20 intracranial hemangiopericytomas including the character,craniotomy,whole brain irradiation and prognosis were investigated.The relevant literatures were reviewed.Results All 20 patients underwent craniotomy and whole brain irradiation.Total removal was achieved in 14 cases,subtotal removal in 4 cases and partial resection 2 cases.The patients were followed up for 24 to 120 months.Among 20 cases,recurrence was found in 7 cases,metastasis in 2 cases and death in 6 cases.Conclusion Intracranial hemangiopericytoma is of rare incidence.Craniotomy is the best treatment for this tumor.Radiotherapy is the main adjuvant treatment.
