摘要
目的:探讨小儿急性阑尾炎临床特点及误诊原因。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年1月急诊收治155例小儿急性阑尾炎的临床资料,其中39例误诊。结果:术前诊断为其他疾病,手术确诊为阑尾炎23例;术前诊断为阑尾炎,手术证实为其他疾病16例。结论:对小儿急性阑尾炎的临床特点缺乏认识,腹部体征的掌握不准确及过多依赖辅助检查是误诊的主要原因。
Objective： To investigate the clinical features of children＇s acute appendicitis and the reason of missed cases. Methods： The clinical data of 155 children＇s acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively at emergency from Jan 2008 to Jan 2010,while 39 cases were misdiagnosed. Results： 23 cases were confirmed children＇s acute appendicitis after operation while diagnosed other disease preoperatively, 16 cases were confirmed other disease after operation while diagnosed children＇s acute appendicitis preoperatively. Conclusion： The reason for misdiagnosis is mainly due to lacking sufficient knowledge of the clinical feature of children＇s acute appendicitis, less holding accurate abdominal physical sign and relying on auxiliary examination too much.
