摘要
目的:探讨原发性脑干损伤的诊疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年1月至2009年12月收治的35例原发性脑干损伤患者的临床资料。结果:恢复良好11例,死亡9例,轻残8例,重残5例,植物生存2例。结论:原发性脑干损伤病情重,死亡率高,及时手术、亚低温、脱水、抗感染、高压氧等综合治疗可降低其死亡率与致残率。
Objective： To investigate the methods of diagnose and treatment of primary traumatic injury in brain stem. Methods： The clinical data of 35 patients with primary brain stem injury were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009. Results： 11 cases enjoyed a favorable recovery, 9 died, 8 disabled state moderately, 5 disabled state severely and 2 lapsed into vegetative state. Conclusion： Primary brain stem injury is a critical and high mortality disease. Synthetical therapy such as emergency surgery, sub-hypothemia, dehydration, antibacterial and hyperbaric oxygenation can reduce the mortality and disability rate.
