摘要
在对带式输送机断带事故发生的原因和后果进行全面分析,并对国内断带捕捉器的使用效果进行总结的基础上,研究设计出一种可靠性高、且对胶带损害较小的纯机械式带式输送机全断面断带捕捉器。该捕捉器具有结构简单、抓捕动作可靠,维护简便等优点。
After thorough analysis of the cause and the result of belt breaking of the belt conveyor as well as the conclusion of the service effect of the domestic catcher,a kind of purely mechanical full section belt-broken catcher of the belt conveyor was designed.It has high reliability and less damage to the belt.It also features simple structure,stable catching action and easiness of maintenance.
