纤维肉瘤型隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女,36岁.因背部反复发生丘疹、结节12年,于2009年2月至我科就诊.12年前无明显诱因于背部出现淡红色绿豆大结节,无自觉症状,结节逐渐长大至花生米大小,于当地医院行肿物切除术（具体不详）,未作组织病理检查.切口愈合过程中逐渐出现＂瘢痕组织＂增生,伴有轻度疼痛和瘙痒.8年前在原切口部位又出现类似结节,再次于当地医院行手术切除,术后组织病理检查示＂炎性水肿＂.
