摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下局限性鼻中隔黏膜下切除术治疗筛前神经综合征的方法和疗效。方法对42例筛前神经综合征患者,采用局限性鼻中隔黏膜下切除术进行治疗,观察疗效。结果 42例患者中,治愈36例(85.7%),好转6例(14.3%),有效率为100%。发生中鼻甲与鼻中隔粘连3例。无其他手术合并症发生。术后嗅裂通畅,中鼻甲形态基本正常,局部有瘢痕形成,鼻中隔位置恢复理想。结论鼻内镜下局限性鼻中隔黏膜下切除术治疗筛前神经综合征具有疗效好、微创、术后恢复快等优点。
[Objective]To investigate the method and effect of the treatment for anterior ethmoid nerve syndrome by the limitative endoscopic submucosal resection of nasal septum. [Methods]For 42 cases of anterior ethmoidal nerve syndrome, the limitative submucous resection of nasal septum was used, and effect was observed. [Results]36 （85.7% ） of 42 patients were cured, 6 cases （14.3% ） improved, efficiency was 100% . Adhesion of the middle turbinate and nasal septum occurred in 3 cases. No other surgical complication. Smooth postoperative olfactory cleft, middle turbinate morphology were normal, partial formation of a scar, nasal septum to restore the ideal position. [Conclusion]Limitative endoscopic submucosal resection of nasal septum, treatment of ethmoidal nerve syndromewas is of a good efficacy, minimally invasive, rapid postoperative recovery.
