摘要
"2+1"工学交替人才培养模式下,学生需要不断转换自身角色,两种角色若不能及时转换,学生极易产生心理冲突;同时,1年的顶岗实习时间较长,学生易出现职业倦怠。为解决上述问题,学校应在人才培养全过程贯穿就业观、择业观教育,指导学生进行职业生涯规划设计,并建立有效的顶岗实习管理办法,加强对学生的心理引导,同时企业和学生家长也要给学生以关心和支持。
Under the talents cultivation mode of "2+1" working and learning alternation,students need to constantly change their roles,if the two roles can not be transformed timely,students can easily produce psychological conflicts;at the same time,the post practice time of one year is much longer,which can result in the burnout of students.To solve the above problems,the schools should run through the employment outlook and career outlook education in the entire process of personnel training to guide students to develop career planning;establish effective practice management methods to strengthen psychological guidance to students;meanwhile,businesses and parents should provide care and support to students.
