摘要
我国高校后勤社会化改革进程中,适应新形势构建大后勤系统是高校后勤增强自我发展能力的必要保证。要以政府部门为支撑,构建大后勤系统的外部环境;以资源整合为目标,构建大后勤系统的组织架构;以市场机制为推手,构建大后勤系统的动力机制;以人文关怀为宗旨,构建大后勤系统的价值准则。
In the reform process of socialization of university logistics in China,constructing a big logistics system adaptable to the new situation is the necessary guarantees for enhancing the self-development ability of logistics of higher education institutions,and the measures are：with the support from government sector,to build the external environment;taking resource integration as the goal,to build the organizational structure;taking market mechanism as the promoter,to the dynamic mechanism;with humane care as the purpose,to build the value principles.
