摘要
知识经济时代,知识决定着建筑企业的价值,知识管理是建筑企业可持续发展的基础,知识共享更是知识管理中的关键环节。可行的知识共享管理能力评价体系是发掘建筑企业发展潜力、发现其知识共享能力不足之处的有效方法。文章分析了建筑企业知识共享的流程和影响因素,并通过分析流程和影响因素,研究了对建筑企业知识共享能力进行评价的评价因素,利用模糊综合评判模型对建筑企业的知识管理能力进行评价,对定性指标进行了定量化处理,使评价结果更具可靠性和直观性。
In knowledge economy era, knowledge determines the value of construction enterprises. Knowledge management is the foundation for enterprises＇ sustainable development, and knowledge sharing is the key to knowledge management. A viable management capacity assessment system for knowledge sharing is an effective method to explore the potential of enterprises development and to find the deficiencies of knowledge sharing capabilities. This paper analyzed the knowledge sharing processes and influential factors for construction enterprises. The knowledge sharing capacity evaluation factors were identified. The knowledge management capability for construction enterprises was evaluated by the utilization of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The qualitative indicators were quantitatively processed which makes the evaluation results more reliable.
