摘要
目的观察用双氧水作为灌洗液对支气管肺部感染患者行纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)灌洗治疗的疗效。方法 62例支气管肺部感染患者均在全身应用抗菌药物、祛痰药的基础上行纤支镜灌洗治疗,治疗组32例用双氧水作为灌洗液,对照组30例用庆大霉素灌洗液(庆大霉素16单位+靡蛋白酶5mg+生理盐水100mL),以患者体温、痰量、、肺部啰音、、血气分析、胸片评价疗效。结果 62例患者接受纤支镜灌洗治疗分别为3～7次,平均3次。治疗组显效16例(50%),对照组显效9例(30%)。2组显效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论双氧水作为灌洗液用于纤支镜灌洗治疗支气管肺部感染,效果好且安全。
【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect of hydrogen dioxide solution in bronchial pulmonary infection by bronchofiberoscope lavage treatment.【Methods】All of 62 severe patients of pulmonary infection accepted the treatment of bronchofibroscope lavage.Cure group 32 accepted the treatment of bronchofibroscope lavage by hydrogen dioxide solution and control group 30 accepted the treatment of bronchofibroscope lavage by gentamycin sulfate （Gentamycin 16u＋chymotrypsin 5 mg＋0.9% Natrii Chloridum 100 mL） under the antibiotics and apophlegmatic drug were used.The index we used to evaluate the therapeutic effect include the change of body temperature,quantity and quality of sputum,bellows auscultation,blood gas analysis and chest x-ray.【Results】Of all 62 cases were 3～7 bronchofibroscope lavage treatments were performed,the mean was 3.After application of hydrogen dioxide solution by bronchofiberoscope lavage treatment,cure group 16 （50%） patients with pulmonary infection were controlled,control group 9 （30%） patients with pulmonary infection were controlled.（50% vs 30%,P0.05）.【Conclusion】Application of hydrogen dioxide solution in bronchial pulmonary infection by bronchofiberoscope lavage treatment is a highly effective and safe regimen.
