摘要
腹腔镜手术应用于结直肠癌在技术上是安全可行的,且微创优点明显,然而对于能否达到肿瘤根治仍存在争议。文章就腹腔镜应用于结直肠癌的手术基本要求,根治效果,远期疗效,穿刺孔的种植转移,以及中转开腹等问题进行评价综述,认为腹腔镜结直肠癌手术在严格遵循肿瘤根治的原则下是安全有效的,能够达到与开放手术相当的远期疗效。
The laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer was safe and feasible technically,and caused minimal invasion evidently.However,there was a dispute about whether radical resection could be reached or not.The basic qualifications,effectiveness of resection,long-term survival,port-site recurrence,and transfer to open surgery were reviewed in the article.We drew the conclusion that the laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer was safe and effective and had the similar long-term survival with open surgery when it was keeping to principle of radical cure.
