摘要
目的探讨手法复位石膏外固定治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法对103例老年人桡骨远端骨折进行手法复位石膏外固定,并系统的抗骨质疏松治疗,随访观察其疗效。结果所有病例均得到12～22个月随访,平均16个月,骨折均愈合。按Anderson功能评价标准进行评定,优良率为84.5%。结论手法复位石膏外固定治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折操作简单、疗效显著且安全有效。
【Objective】 To evaluate the effect of manipulative reduction and cast fixation for distal radius fracture.[Methods] Retrospective analysis were done for 103 patients with fracture of distal radius in our department who were treated with manipulative reduction and cast fixation and giv en systematic treatment of osteoporosis.[Results] All patients were follow-up for average 16 months（12 to 22 months）,all fractures were healed.According to the Anderson criteria,the excellent rate was 84.5%.【Conclusion】The method of manipulative reduction and cast fixation was simple,safe,satisfactory and effective for the senior fractures of distal radius fractures.
