摘要
对6例肺动脉瓣狭窄的患者施行经皮球囊肺动脉瓣成形术(PBPV)均获得圆满成功。护理措施是:术前的心理护理,适当的宣教和常规准备,术后的正确护送,有效的加压包扎,严密的观察是护理过程中的关键。
Six patients with pulmonary stenosis have obtained complete success after percutaneous balloon cathether pulmonary valvuloplasty (PBPV). The key of nursing measurements were psycholgical care before PBPV, adoptive acknowledge education, noutine preparation, correct escort after PBPV, cutting-site effective bandaging and close observation.
